Due to growth, we are seeking HVAC Installer technicians in the McHenry/Lake County, IL area.

Our Installer Technicians are responsible for servicing all system issues on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.  These specialists will be responsible for duct design, and installing fittings correctly also installing Mitsubishi ductless units, boiler systems, water heaters, and making sure all wiring for installing thermostats are correct along with the HVAC system. Performing system improvements, modification, etc. to current customers.  This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and require you to work outside normal working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma
• EPA certification required
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work irregular and extended work hours to include weekends, holiday and on-call
• Installing skills for residential and/or light commercial equipment
• Trouble shooting/diagnostic and repair helpful
• Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
• Team player/work well with Sales staff
• Cleanliness and organization of the project and van
• Clean and neat appearance
• Excellent communication skills – must speak English fluently
• Legible handwriting
• Basic computer skills
• Trustworthy and dependable
